A native of Venezuela, Dr. Lapco finished medical school at the renowned Universidad Central de Venezuela in Caracas, Venezuela. He went on to complete his residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at the prestigious University of Pittsburgh, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
After completing his training in Pittsburgh, Dr. Lapco relocated and established his residence in South Florida, where he has practiced since 2001.
Since receiving certification from the American Board of Otolaryngology in 2001, Dr. Lapco has continued his quest for ongoing training to ensure he provides excellent medical care to each patient. He stays up-to-date with today’s most advanced ear, nose, and throat treatments by participating in professional meetings and training programs.
Dr. Lapco is an expert in all areas of otolaryngology, with a special interest in the medical and surgical treatment of sinus problems. He is also fluent in English and Spanish.
