Dr Lapco was very caring listened to my concerns, did a few tests and shared what he found as well as possible treatment options. Never pushing me towards any option in particular. Hos assistant Natalie was amazing! Helping me with insurance and medications and was always on top of it. Was always quick to return my call. I highly recommend this doctor and the office!

Dr. Lapco is an amazing doctor. He is professional and always addresses all of my concerns. He is able to perform many diagnostic procedures right in office, include a sinus CT scan. I have been going to him for almost ten years and I recently moved out of the area and still drive almost two hours to see him. He and his staff are well worth the drive. I honestly can’t say enough good things about him.

Not very happy. Saw the nurse practitioner for 5 to 10 minutes tops. Went it to get a CPAP prescription renewed. Was already diagnosed with sleep apnea 7 years ago. Thought they were doing a routine exam before they referred me for a new sleep study but when I went to check out they said I owned $395. They stuck a thin tube inside the tip of my nostril for about 10 seconds each side and call that an “endoscopy” and charged me a lot for it. I didn’t even need that nor did they tell me what they were doing was going to be an expensive procedure. They looked in my ears, looked in my throat, and did that. Seems like that is more a money maker for the practice than anything. I’m just a patient though. I will be discussing with my medical insurance company.

I met with Erin Andersson and she was wonderful. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. My only complaint is that I had appointments at 1:20, 2:20, and at approximately 3:00pm. The 1:20pm appointment with a NP took about 10 minutes. It was a complete waste of my time to wait to be seen by Erin at 2:20. That was not her fault, but rather the staff who scheduled my appointments. Furthermore, after meeting with Erin, I was told to wait again to meet a second time with the NP. This was also a waste of my time. In my opinion, if the purpose is to see the audiologist, the other appointments are not needed, or there should not be long wait periods between appointments. When I was told the total visit would take about 2 hours, I assumed it was because the testing and discussions would take up all of that time. The 1 hour with Erin for the audiology testing and discussion was great, but the entire process could have been about 1 hour instead of 2 hours.
