I cannot say enough about this doctor and his staff !!! I had never had a nosebleed in all these years of my life and when I got my first one I was hysterical. I went to the emergency room and followed up with my doctor who referred me to Dr lapko. They could not have been any more wonderful !! They got me in right away and help to calm me and reassure me that it wasn't anything major. I suggest if you have any problems at all where it requires an ENT that you use no one other than Dr lapko and his staff !! If I could give them more than five stars I definitely would !!

Very disappointed services. Can’t figure I went to see a specialist that can’t dedicate even one minute with me to talk about my issue and had to go quick to other patient with a nonchalant behavior. Also How a specialist will be able to rightfully treat a client if he can’t even take a minute to read the prefilled questionnaire he asked the patient to answer before sending the patient to do expensive unnecessary in clinical test for which patient had already communicate result in his answer and without advising the patients what the expensive cost will be and whether he agrees to do it or not and take financial responsibility for it. With a 50% insurance copay won’t it be wise to inform the client of the amount he will have to pay before making that test on him? And worst, at checkout, how a patient is going to feel confident if staff are lying about about whether patient was informed of test cost in advance or not and can’t even check camera to find out patient was right? I believe medical staff should have at least a little decorum to treat patient with respect and not lying in discussion about money. If I can’t trust you with the billing and am 100 percent confident you are lying to me to get me to do non necessary expensive tests just for you to get advantage of me and my insurance company without seeing you care for my health issue how in the world I am going to be confident you are going to give me the best treatment I need? I got a health insurance with expensive copay an open access to be able to go directly to see specialists when I need to, because I believe in professional with deep knowledge. But when I see I have to deal with issue like that I am unable to figure out the difference between a specialist here in this country and generalist, neither the difference between a simple nurse and a medical specialist doctor. This visit was a total disappointment mostly with the rude lying and disrespectful staff leader at check out who keep wrongly affirming with a threatening voice patient was informed about a $1000 unnecessary medical food allergy test cost in advance. Note patient had already at checking questionnaire he was not allergic to any but one good and result came to confirm that. I was expecting for other deeper important and necessary tests for which I didn’t have answer but it wasn’t done like that and doctor spend no time talking to me about my issue neither showed any attention or focus on my issue. What I called a complete disastrous waste of time and money. This visit bought me nothing new that I didn’t know already from my reading and researches about my issue. I am currently looking to see another specialist with more knowledge, honesty and caring dedication to patient. Won’t go to the same for any other visit that I found unjustified and motivated by cupidity not desire to care for patient.

Pleasant and helpful personnel. Nice office ambience. I was seen by Nurse Practioner Nikki, knowledgeable and nice, thorough examination. I was very pleased. Will be seeing De. Lapco next month.
